Melody is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Shuman Concepts, Inc., which is a web-based consulting company for the new millennium. Her goals for Shuman Concept members’ are to provide them with an electronic resource library with efficient, yet effective ideas to help enhance the growth of the martial arts industry.

Master Reynolds is the founder of M.A.A.D. (Martial Artist Against Drugs), an organization started by Mr. Antonio A. Reynolds Sr. in 1989. He holds the rank of 5th Degree Black Belt in the art of TaeKwon-Do with over forty years experience. Mr. Reynolds is a member of the ITF (International TaeKwon-Do Federation) USTF (United States TaeKwon-Do Federation) CTF (Choon-Sil Kwon TaeKwon-Do Federation) and the GTF (Global TaeKwon-Do Federation). Mr. Reynolds has twenty-two and a half years in Military leadership background in the Army and Army National Guards.
